I. Month to Month Health Coaching Plan-$340 per month/$85 per session

45-60 minute weekly sessions are perfect for anyone that needs help overcoming obstacles, initiating change, and incorporating new routines into their busy schedule. Balancing family responsibilities, work and staying healthy can be challenging. Many of us prioritize ALL other commitments above health and wellness and end up feeling run down, unfulfilled and eventually unwell. Month to month coaching can help you begin to achieve the health and lifestyle outcomes you desire.

Included in the month-to-month health coaching plan:

  • Four 45-60 minute one on one coaching sessions
  • Follow up emails which include detailed summaries and an outline of the goals we discussed during the coaching session
  • Text and email check ins provided throughout the week to keep you on track and see if you need any support

 

II. 3-month Health Coaching Program- $320 per month/$80 per session

III. 6-month Health Coaching Program- $300 per month/$75 per session

45-60 minute weekly sessions are perfect for anyone looking to commit for 3-6 months, for those wanting to overhaul their eating and lifestyle habits, decrease cravings, and increase foods that prevent disease. Together we will embark on a mission to create the health and wellness outcomes that you dream of.  You will learn healthy lifestyle strategies that you will be able to implement long after you finish your coaching sessions.

Included in the 3- and 6-month health coaching programs:

  • Weekly 45-60 minute one on one coaching sessions
  • Follow up emails which include detailed summaries and an outline of the SMART goals we discussed for the upcoming week
  • Text and email check-ins provided throughout the week to keep you on track and see if you need any support
  • Virtual fridge/pantry walkthrough to help you begin the process of getting rid of foods that no longer serve you and replace them with those that fit into your wellness vision
  • Bi-weekly informational flyers tailored to your specific goals (transitioning off of gluten, anti-inflammatory food lists, clean eating strategies/tips, etc., ways to cut down on sugar but not feel deprived, etc.)
  • Progress report at the end of 3/6 months- to see all the progress you made!
