It’s not a diet- it’s called eating healthy!

Many people always assume I am on a diet because I usually skip the treats that are a regular part of working in a school or office setting… you know the deal-people bring in donuts, or candy, or there are potluck events, etc. without a healthy choice in sight lol! I do not consider myself to be on a diet, I just choose to not eat certain things, such as processed foods, gluten, or dairy and limit others like sweets- because I don’t like the way they make me feel. I choose to eat healthy foods 95% of the time because they make me feel energized and nourished- not because I am on a diet or depriving myself.
